Q. What is green cleaning?
An alternative to the traditional method used to clean your home/office.  A style of cleaning that reduces the use of (VOC’s) Volatile Organic Compounds in your home/office, with the environment in mind. Using only biodegradable products to clean.

Q. What services do you offer?
We provide house cleaning, office/commercial cleaning, new construction cleaning, apartment cleaning and carpet cleaning and more… Check our our main webiste at http://www.myalphaliving.com to view services programs.

Q. Do I need to provide my own house cleaning products? Alpha Living will always arrive at your home with green cleaning products. All of our products are environmentally preferable and are safe for small children and pets. Should you need special attention given to any area in your home we welcome you to provide products or specifications as to the treatment of those areas.

Q. Is your house cleaning work guaranteed? All work performed by Alpha Living is backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with the work we’ve done in your home, simply call our office within 24 hours of your clean, and we will re-clean it at no additional charge!

Q. Are your consultants, housekeepers, and maids trained and supervised? Alpha Living team members are trained before they’re permitted to enter your home. Training continues as we learn about new products or methods and to reinforce prior training. Each team includes a Team Leader to see that cleaning tasks are correctly completed. Field Service Supervisors make periodic visits to homes to ensure the quality of our service.

Q. Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Yes. For your protection and that of our staff, we are licensed, fully insured and bonded. Copy of our insurance certificate available upon request.

Q. Are the employees legal to work?
Yes, all of our employees are either citizens or are legal residents of the United States. We do a full background check on them and have them fill out an I9 form.

Q. Will I always have the same cleaning consultant/maid? We make every effort to have the same team in your home. Occasionally there may be a change in a team member due to illness. Alpha Living team leader’s job is to learn your home and to teach the team members to deliver the quality that you would expect.

Q. What areas do you service?
New York City – Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island.
** We do not provide services in Long Island or New Jersey at this time**

Q. Do I need to supply anything?
For your convenience, we provide all green cleaning solutions. We ask that our customers provide a broom, toilet brush, mop and a vacuum cleaner if needed.We can provide all of the above at an additional cost of $25.00.

Q. Can I get a free quote?
Yes, You can also email us info@myalphaliving.com or call 212-992-9595 or 718-421-9595 . We ask that you email photos or videos in for professional organizing services to info@myalphaliving.com prior to your services visit.

Q. How do I pay for my service?
Payments for home cleaning services is due before or at time of service, we accept all major credit and debit cards. For commercial cleaning, we will invoice.

Q. Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?
No. It is not necessary to be home while we are cleaning. However, we leave this entirely up to your preference.

Q. How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?
Here are some suggestions.1. You may give us a key.2. We can meet you at your home on the day of cleaning3. You can leave a key with a neighbor or someone at home the day of cleaning.4. You can give us a code to the lobby or access system.5. We work out a new method.

Q. Can I personally hire an employee of AlphaLiving?
It is against the law to personally hire any AlphaLiving employees without written consent by AlphaLiving.

Q. What do I need to do to Reschedule or Cancel Cleaning Appointment? You are important to us and, as such, we honor your time requests and trust that you will do the same. If you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment simply call or email us within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning appointment. If we are not notified within 48 hours, you will be charged for your regularly scheduled appointment.
